Return Policy

 Absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Merchandise purchased online can be returned to our store location in person or mailed back to the same location at:

All in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store.


Final Sale Items

Non Returnable, No Exceptions:

All items found in the Sale category, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable.


In Store Pick Up (coming soon)

We offer in store pickups to our customers who live or are in the North Dallas area and would like to pick up their items instead. Any payment processed on PayPal cannot be picked up in store. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against TheHaiSociety.com.

Product Availability

At TheHaiSociety.com we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a biweekly basis to provide our customers with new arrivals daily. Due to the high demand of our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on on our site may no longer be in stock. Once an item is sold out, we will attempt to remove the item promptly from the site. However, display of an particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen.
